Please enter your details below to request a reservation of Sandpipers and we will contact you as soon as possible with confirmation of your booking. If you have any questions about the house or the area then please contact us and we'll happily help in any way we can. Before you book please have a look at our booking terms and conditions.
Booking terms and conditions Deposit – A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable on all bookings made eight weeks or more prior to departure date. The full rental must be paid for any booking made within eight weeks of departure. Should we not accept the booking, all fees paid will be refunded. Final Payment – We will write and confirm your booking, stating the final payment due date. Non payment by the due date may be treated as a cancellation, with charges as listed below under Cancellation. Booking Amendment- A confirmed booking date can only be changed to an alternative date by treating the original booking as a cancellation. A £20 re-booking fee is also payable, if we are able to confirm a change of date booking. Payment – Payment should be made by cheque to Mrs Amanda Allfrey. Post dated cheques are not acceptable. Any cheques which are not cleared for payment by our bank and incur charges will be at the tenants expense. Overseas payments – Guests outside the UK may either transfer sterling funds equivalent to the value of the booking, plus any transaction charges incurred by us, direct into our bank account or by sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank. Eligibility – All bookings for Sandpipers will be for a maximum of 10 people. Only those people stated on the booking form will be allowed to occupy the house, unless with written approval by Mrs Allfrey. All male, all female or student groups are only accepted by special arrangement. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. However we would ask that the garden is kept clean and pets are kept off the furniture in the house. We charge an additional £15 per dog per week. Cancellation – In the event of cancellation the following charges apply. We recommend that tenants check their existing insurance policy to ensure cancellation cover is in place or purchase cover from an insurer.
